At They Might Be Giants, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible retail items.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your account portal and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack Your Items

Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.

Ship the Package

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
